# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2001, Article 14: Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In CCR Order 25—
(a) in rule 8(9), omit “pursuant to rule 5(3)”; and
(b) in rule 9(4), for “required for service of an order under Order 25, rule 3” substitute “set out in CPR rule 6.2”.
