  "text": "In this Part—\n(a) “the 1979 Act” means the Charging Orders Act 1979;\n(b) “the 1992 Regulations” means the Council Tax (Administration & Enforcement) Regulations 1992;\n(c) “funds in court” includes securities held in court;\n(d) “securities” means securities of any of the kinds specified in section 2(2)(b) of the 1979 Act.",
