# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2001, Paragraph 73.2: Scope of this Section


This Section applies to an application by a judgment creditor for a charging order under—
(a) section 1 of the 1979 Act; or
(b) regulation 50 of the 1992 Regulations.
