  "text": "These Rules may be cited as the Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2003 and shall come into force—\n(a) for the purposes of rules 6 to 9, on 1st January 2004;\n(b) for the purposes of rules 3 and 4, on 1st April 2004; and\n(c) for all other purposes, on 6th October 2003.",
