# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2003, Article 3: Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In rule 20.7, after paragraph (2) insert the following cross-reference—
“(Rule 7.2(2) provides that a claim form is issued on the date entered on the form by the court)”.
