  "text": "Subject to rule 45.12, the only costs which are to be allowed are—\n(a) fixed recoverable costs calculated in accordance with rule 45.9;\n(b) disbursements allowed in accordance with rule 45.10; and\n(c) a success fee allowed in accordance with rule 45.11.\n(Rule 45.12 provides for where a party issues a claim for more than the fixed recoverable costs).",
