Article 9 Amendment to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

In Part 45—

(a)

for the table of contents for Section I, substitute the table of contents as set out in Part I of Schedule 1 to these Rules; and

(b)

for Section I of Part 45, substitute the text as set out in Part II of Schedule 1 to these Rules.
