# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2014, Rule 23


In CCR Order 44, rule 4(2)—
(a) for “execution” substitute “control”; and
(b) for “any court in the district of which” substitute “the County Court hearing centre serving the address where”.
