  "text": "Senior Courts Of England And Wales\nCounty Court, England And Wales\nApproved by both Houses of ParliamentMade 14th December 2023\nLaid before Parliament 18th December 2023\nComing into force 20th December 2023\nThe Lord Chancellor makes the following Rules in exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 7 of Schedule 10 to the National Security Act 2023 (“Schedule 10”) to make rules of court under section 1 of the Civil Procedure Act 1997 and paragraphs 2 to 4 and 6 of Schedule 10.\nBefore making these Rules, the Lord Chancellor has consulted with the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales in accordance with paragraph 7(2)(a) of Schedule 10.",
