# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 5) (Coronavirus) Rules 2020, Article 3: Amendment of the Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2020


The Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2020 are amended as follows—
(a) in rule 1, in paragraph (3), for “23rd August 2020”, substitute “20th September 2020”; and
(b) in rule 2, in paragraph (2), for “24th August 2020”, substitute “21st September 2020”.
