Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Rules may be cited as the Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 5) Rules 2001 and shall come into force—

(a)

for the purposes of rules 2, 37, 38 and 40, and this rule, on 14th January 2002;

(b)

for the purposes of rules 4 to 6, 9, 10, 13, 14, 18, 35 and 41, on 1st March 2002; and

(c)

for all other purposes, on 25th March 2002.
