Article 16 Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

In rule 22.1, in paragraph (1)—

(a)

at the end of sub-paragraph (d), delete “and”; and

(b)

at the end of sub-paragraph (e), insert—

  • “; and

    1. (f)

      any other document where a rule or practice direction requires.”.
