# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 5) Rules 2001, Article 19: Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In rule 26.3, after paragraph (6), insert—
“(6A) The date for filing the completed allocation questionnaire may not be varied by agreement between the parties.”.
