Article 30 Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

in the note after paragraph (2), at the end insert—

judgments to which Council Regulation (EC) No. 44/2001 of 22nd December 2000 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters applies”; and

in paragraph (8), for “Value Added Tax tribunal” substitute “VAT and duties tribunal”.
