Paragraph 57 Authentic instruments and court settlements
Rules 45 to 55 apply to—
(1)
an authentic instrument to which Article 57 of the Judgments Regulation applies; and
(2)
a settlement to which Article 58 applies,
as they apply to a judgment with any necessary modifications.
