# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 5) Rules 2003, Article 11: Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In rule 52.16, after paragraph (6) insert—
“(6A) A request under paragraph (5) or (6) must be filed within 7 days after the party is served with notice of the decision.”.
