In rule 54.3—

(a)

in paragraph (2)—

(i)

after “damages”, where it first occurs, insert “, restitution or the recovery of a sum due”; and

(ii)

for “damages”, where it next occurs, substitute “such a remedy”; and

(b)

in the cross-reference after paragraph (2), after “damages”, insert “, restitution or the recovery of a sum due”.
