# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 5) Rules 2003, Article 18: Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In rule 74.19, in sub-paragraph (a)—
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (iii), omit “or”; and
(b) after sub-paragraph (iv) insert—
“or
(v) article 71 of Council Regulation (EC) 6/2002 of 12 December 2001 on Community designs;”.
