Coming into force in accordance with rule 1
The Lord Chancellor makes the following Rules in exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to the Justice and Security Act 2013f1 (“the 2013 Act”) to make rules under section 1 of the Civil Procedure Act 1997f2 and sections 6(9) and (10), 7(6), 8, 10, 11 and 18(4) and (5) of the 2013 Act.
Before making these Rules, the Lord Chancellor has consulted the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales in accordance with paragraph 3(3)(a) of Schedule 3 to the 2013 Act.
