Rule 14 Transitional provision
The amendments made by rules 5, 6 and 7 apply only to soft tissue injury claims started under the Pre-Action Protocol for Low Value Personal Injury Claims in Road Traffic Accidents where the Claim Notification Form is sent in accordance with that Protocol on or after 1st October 2014.
