# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No.2) Rules 2007, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


These Rules may be cited as the Civil Procedure (Amendment No.2) Rules 2007 and come into force—
(a) for the purposes of this rule and rules 2, 9 and 13, on 31st March 2008; and
(b) for all other purposes, on 6th April 2008.
