(a)

in the table of contents, omit—

(i)

the entry “III APPLICATIONS FOR STATUTORY REVIEW UNDER SECTION 103A OF THE NATIONALITY, IMMIGRATION AND ASYLUM ACT 2002”; and

(ii)

the entries relation to rules 54.28 to 54.35;

(b)

in rule 54.6(2), for “the relevant practice direction” substitute “Practice Direction 54A”; and

(c)

omit Section III.
