  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Civil Procedure (Amendment No.2) Rules 2010.\n(2) Except as provided in paragraph (3), these Rules come into force on 1st October 2010.\n(3) Rules 3, 6 and 9 of and Schedule 3 to these Rules come into force on the date on which Part 4 of the Policing and Crime Act 2009 comes into force.",
