In Part 79, in rule 79.14B(2)—

(a)

for “Practice Direction 52 applies”, substitute “Practice Directions 52A to 52E apply”; and

(b)

for “paragraphs 5.6, 5.6A, 5.7, 5.9 and 5.10 of that Practice Direction” substitute “paragraphs 5.1 to 5.3 of Practice Direction 52A and paragraphs 6.3 to 6.6 of Practice Direction 52B”.
