In Part 27—

(a)

in rule 27.5, omit “(Rule 27.14(3)(d) provides for the payment of an expert’s fees.)”; and

(b)

in rule 27.14(2)—

(i)

at the end of subparagraph (g), omit “and”;

(ii)

at the end of subparagraph (h)(iv), for “.” substitute “; and”; and

(iii)

after subparagraph (h)(iv), insert—

“(i)

in an appeal, the cost of any approved transcript reasonably incurred.”.
