  "text": "For rule 6.11, and for the heading “Notice of non-service”, substitute—\n“Notification of outcome of postal service by the court\n6.11 Where—\n(a) a document to be served by the court is served by post; and\n(b) such document is returned to the court,\nthe court must send notification to the party who requested service stating that the document has been returned.\nNotice of non-service by bailiff\n6.11A Where—\n(a) the court bailiff is to serve a document; and\n(b) the bailiff is unable to serve it,\nthe court must send notification to the party who requested service.”.",
