Article 20 Amendment to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998
In rule 12.10, for sub-paragraph (a), substitute—
“(a)the claim is—
(i)a claim against a child or patient; or
(ii)a claim in tort by one spouse or civil partner against the other.”.
In rule 12.10, for sub-paragraph (a), substitute—
“(a)the claim is—
(i)a claim against a child or patient; or
(ii)a claim in tort by one spouse or civil partner against the other.”.
