# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No.3) Rules 2005, Article 39: Amendment to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In rule 45.20(2), after sub-paragraph (a)(iii), insert—
“(iv) relates to an injury to which Section V of this Part applies; or”.
