In rule 3.7—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (4)(i), for “the claim shall be struck out” substitute “the claim will automatically be struck out without further order of the court”; and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (6)(a), for “the claim shall be struck out” substitute “the claim will automatically be struck out without further order of the court”.
