  "text": "In rule 74.1—\n(a) after paragraph (4), insert new paragraph (4A)—\n“(4A) Section V applies to—\n(a) the certification of judgments and court settlements in England and Wales as European Enforcement Orders; and\n(b) the enforcement in England and Wales of judgments, court settlements and authentic instruments certified as European Enforcement Orders by other Member States.”; and\n(b) in paragraph (5), after sub-paragraph (d), insert—\n“;\n(e) “the EEO Regulation” means Council Regulation (EC) No 805/2004 creating a European Enforcement Order for uncontested claims.”.",
