Article 11 Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

In rule 55.10, for paragraph (2) substitute—

“(2)

The claimant must send a notice to the property addressed to the “the occupiers” within 5 days of receiving notification of the date of the hearing by the court.”.
