Article 15 Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

In CCR Order 26, for rule 17(2) substitute—

“(2)

Without prejudice to paragraph (3A), the person desiring a warrant of possession to be issued must file a request certifying that the land which is subject of the judgment or order has not been vacated.”.
