# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No.3) Rules 2008, Article 3: Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In rule 3.1(4)—
(a) for “may” substitute “will”; and
(b) after “complied with” insert “the Practice Direction (Pre-Action Conduct) and”.
