  "text": "In rule 16.3—\n(a) for paragraph (2) substitute—\n“(2) The claimant must, in the claim form, state—\n(a) the amount of money claimed;\n(b) that the claimant expects to recover—\n(i) not more than £5,000;\n(ii) more than £5,000 but not more than £25,000; or\n(iii) more than £25,000; or\n(c) that the claimant cannot say how much is likely to be recovered.”;\n(b) in paragraph (3), for “he” substitute “the claimant”;\n(c) in paragraph (4)—\n(i) for “his” substitute “a”; and\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (b) omit “financial”;\n(d) in paragraph (5)(a), for “£15,000” substitute “£25,000”; and\n(e) in paragraph (6)—\n(i) for “how much he” substitute “how much the claimant”;\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (a), for “he may recover” substitute “the court may make an award of”; and\n(iii) in sub-paragraph (b) omit “against him”.",
