# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No.4) Rules 2005, Article 8: Amendment to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In rule 30.5, for paragraph (2) substitute—
“(2) A judge dealing with claims in a specialist list may order proceedings to be transferred to or from that list.”.
