# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No.6) Rules 2013, Rule 8: Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In rule 47.6, after the words in parentheses following paragraph (3), insert—
“(Paragraphs 7B.2 to 7B.7 of the Practice Direction - Civil Recovery Proceedings contain provisions about detailed assessment of costs in relation to civil recovery orders.)”.
