In Part 38—
(a) in rule 38.6, in the words in parentheses after paragraph (3), for “44.12” substitute “44.9”; and
(b) in rule 38.8, in the words in parentheses after paragraph (2) for “44.3C and 44.12” substitute “44.9 and 46.7”.
