# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 1999, Rule 30


In RSC Order 44–
(a) in paragraph (3) of rule 2, omit “in Form No. 15 in the relevant practice direction”;
(b) in paragraph (3) of rule 11, omit “, either at a public or private hearing,”; and
(c) in rule 12, omit paragraph (b).
