  "text": "In RSC Order 53–\n(a) in rule 3–\n(i) in paragraph (2) omit “without notice being served on any other party”;\n(ii) after paragraph (2) insert–\n“(2A) The documents referred to in paragraphs (2)(a) and (b) need not be served on any other person.”; and\n(iii) in paragraph (3), omit “, and need not sit in public”; and\n(b) in rule 5–\n(i) for paragraph (2) substitute–\n“(2) In any other such cause or matter, the application shall be made to a judge unless the Court directs that it shall be made to a Divisional Court of the Queen’s Bench Division.”; and\n(ii) in paragraph (2A) omit “the issue of a”.",
