# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 1999, Rule 66


In CCR Order 24, in paragraph (4) of rule 5, at the end of the paragraph insert “in the exercise of any power which could have been exercised if possession had been sought otherwise than in accordance with this Order.”.
