Article 7 Amendments to Civil Procedure Rules 1998

after paragraph (2) insert—

“(3)

If a statement of case has been served, an application to amend it by removing, adding or substituting a party must be made in accordance with rule 19.4.”; and

omit—

• “(Part 19 also applies where the amendment relates to the addition, substitution or removal of a party)”.
