# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2001, Article 13: Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


After rule 40.19, insert—
“III DECLARATORY JUDGMENTS
40.20 The court may make binding declarations whether or not any other remedy is claimed.”.
