  "text": "(1) The claim form must—\n(a) be in the form set out in the relevant practice direction; and\n(b) (i) contain such information; and\n(ii) be accompanied by such documents,\nas are required by that form.\n(2) All relevant sections of the form must be completed.\n(3) The court will serve the claim form by first class post.",
