  "text": "In Part 57—\n(a) for the title, substitute “PROBATE AND INHERITANCE”;\n(b) at the end of the list of contents, insert the text as set out in Part I of Schedule 4 to these Rules;\n(c) in rule 57.1, in paragraph (1)—\n(i) at the end of sub-paragraph (b), omit “and”;\n(ii) after sub-paragraph (c), insert—\n“; and\n(d) claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975”;\nand\n(d) at the end, insert Section IV (Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975) as set out in Part II of Schedule 4 to these Rules.",
