(a)

Part 64 (Estates, trusts and charities) as set out in Schedule 5 to these Rules;

(b)

Part 68 (References to the European Court) as set out in Schedule 6; and

(c)

Part 69 (Court’s power to appoint a receiver) as set out in Schedule 7.
