# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2002, Article 30: Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In RSC Order 52, in rule 1(4), for “an order of committal may be made by a single judge of the Queen’s Bench Division” substitute—
“an order of committal may be made—
(a) on an application under section 88 of the Charities Act 1993, by a single judge of the Chancery Division; and
(b) in any other case, by a single judge of the Queen’s Bench Division”.
