# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2002, Article 33: Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In CCR Order 42—
(a) in rule 13(1)—
(i) in paragraph (a), for “70” substitute “69”;
(ii) after paragraph (a), insert “or”;
(iii) at the end of paragraph (b), omit “; or”; and
(iv) omit paragraph (c); and
(b) in rule 14(1), for “RSC Order 30” substitute “CPR Part 69”.
