# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2002, Article 7: Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In rule 25.1, in paragraph (1)—
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (m) omit “and”; and
(b) after sub-paragraph (n) insert—
“;
(o) an order directing any account to be taken or inquiry to be made by the court”.
