# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2002, Paragraph 69.4: Service of order appointing receiver


An order appointing a receiver must be served by the party who applied for it on—
(a) the person appointed as receiver;
(b) unless the court orders otherwise, every other party to the proceedings; and
(c) such other persons as the court may direct.
