# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2004, Article 8: Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In rule 42.2, in paragraph (5), for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a) notice is filed and served in accordance with paragraph (2); or”.
